Crushteroid

Delete your Crushteroid account

You can delete your Crushteroid account and the data linked to it at any time. Crushteroid is published by Ludoitte Oy, Köydenpunojankatu 4 B 25, 00180 Helsinki, Finland (Business ID 3242565-2).

In the game (recommended)

  1. Open the Hangar tab and scroll down to the Hangar panel.
  2. Tap Your ship & privacy.
  3. Under Data & support, tap Delete my account.
  4. Read the confirmation and tap Confirm deletion.

Keep my account on the same screen cancels without changing anything.

Access to the ship stops as soon as the request is accepted. The screen then shows the status of your request; Check status updates it and Get deletion help sends us a message about that request.

Without the game

If the game is no longer on your phone, ask for the deletion here. Crushteroid accounts have no email address or name, so we can match a request to an account only with the two things that only the account's owner has: its Ship ID and its recovery code. Both are explained just below.

The answer is the same page whether or not the two matched an account. That is deliberate: it keeps anyone from using this form to find out which accounts exist. If they matched, the account is closed at once and its data is deleted as described under What is deleted and what is kept.

The recovery code is a secret. Type it only in this form and never send it by email. If you have lost it, or deleted the game without saving it, email info@ludoitte.com with the subject Delete my Crushteroid account and include your ship's callsign if you know it; we may not be able to tell which account was yours. Data of an account that is never deleted is kept while the account exists.

Where to find your Ship ID and recovery code

Both are on the game's Account screen, so you need the game once, on the phone you played on or on another phone where you restored your ship.

  1. Open the Hangar tab, scroll down to the Hangar panel and tap Your ship & privacy. This is the Account screen.
  2. Your Ship ID is shown under Save & recovery. It starts with pub_.
  3. For your recovery code, tap Recovery options, then Reveal code. It is 26 letters and digits in groups of four.

What is deleted and what is kept

Deleted: your progress and inventory, flight records and inputs, weekly records, your public profile and callsign, support messages, data exports, rewarded-ad records, the recovery code, and the device sign-ins linked to the account.

Kept: one purchase record for each purchase you made: the store's transaction number, the product, its price and the dates. It is kept for tax and refund reasons, for as long as Finnish accounting law requires, and it is no longer linked to your account, your devices or your profile.

When: deletion is completed 30 days after the request.

Purchases are refunded only through Google Play or Apple; deleting the account does not refund them. Data collected by the ad network (Unity LevelPlay) is handled under Unity's own policies; see Privacy.
